Mélanie Florence Boninsegni is a lecturer-researcher in marketing at IPAG Business School Paris in France, where she develops teaching and research activities focused on services marketing and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in marketing from the University of Fribourg and a master’s degree in management sciences from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Her academic background has also been enriched by international exchanges at Sophia University in Japan, Ewha Womans University in South Korea, and Pennsylvania State University in the United States.
Mélanie is the author of several scientific publications in leading international journals, including Journal of Environmental Management, Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance, and Journal of Service Management. Alongside her academic career, she has also worked as a consultant for advisory firms.
