Following the successful launch of its passive ETF platform in May 2025, with the first 10 equity funds in the YourIndex SICAV range, Eurizon Capital SGR has gradually expanded its offering to include bond funds, designed to meet investors’ asset allocation needs and reinforce its strong commitment to product innovation.

To date, the platform comprises 33 sub-funds (16 equity and 17 bond), with more than €19 billion in assets under management as of April 2026. Their strategies cover all geographic regions and all asset classes, with a particular focus on ESG themes. Investors can choose between traditional share classes (institutional) and listed share classes (UCITS ETF), benefiting from competitive pricing, a dedicated management team with extensive expertise in index products, and a robust capital markets structure.

Eurizon is the only company in Italy to manage all ETF-related activities in an integrated manner, from portfolio management to capital markets, thereby ensuring full control and operational efficiency across both management and market access processes. The company ranks among Europe’s leading players thanks to its YIS (YourIndex SICAV) multi-share-class platform, highly valued by Italian and international investors for its scale, transparency and efficiency.

In 2025, the European ETF market surpassed $3,000 billion in assets under management and recorded $390 billion in net inflows, with the launch of 621 new ETFs (up from 317 in 2023), confirming a marked acceleration in product innovation. While passive strategies remain dominant in absolute terms, growth has been largely driven by active strategies: the number of active ETF launches rose from 32 to 167 in two years, lifting their share of total new issuances from 10% to 27%.

In response to this expansion in the active ETF market, Eurizon launched the YourActive SICAV platform in March 2026, dedicated to active ETFs. The first fund in this range is YAS Robotics Active, which invests actively in companies developing innovative products and services in robotics and automation.

“Product innovation is a key success factor in the asset management industry,” said Maria Luisa Gota, CEO and General Manager of Eurizon. “For Eurizon, it is strategic to remain competitive with both passive and active ETFs, which are increasingly used by institutional and retail clients alike. ETFs are simple and cost-effective instruments which, when offered to retail clients, must be complemented by advisory services to identify investment solutions suited to their needs. Passive and active ETFs complement traditional funds and can be integrated into diversified portfolios to efficiently create value through targeted asset allocation.”
